Each athlete is a completely different case from anyone else, with his own needs, peculiarities, weaknesses, goals and free time. That is why he must be treated by the coach as a unit and a training plan must be made on these parameters. How do I do this?

During our initial communication, my primary goal is to make an in-depth outline of the athlete's character, his real needs and his available time for training. Then I analyze all the available data in relation to the athlete's medical and training history.

After the first monthly cycling training program is sent to the athlete, we come in contact again for his full understanding so that it can be performed correctly and safely.

The data of each training is analyzed in detail daily through modern electronic applications while any errors or questions are discussed at any time.
